Safety Certificate for an Unlicensed Individual
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Railway enterprises that do not possess a license to use the railway infrastructure for the purpose of conducting freight or passenger transport have the right to access the first station of the railway infrastructure necessary for performing the activities of the companies, provided they have a single safety certificate, a "Civil Liability" insurance contract, and a contract with the railway infrastructure manager.
The submission of applications for issuing a single safety certificate to railway enterprises that do not possess a license is carried out through the "One-Stop Shop" system, referred to in Article 12 of Regulation (EU) 2016/796 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2016 on the European Union Agency for Railways.
